Last Friday, the University of Alabama application opened online. Meaning, your child can now start applying to college. There are three important steps your student needs to follow in order to fully and completely apply to the University of Alabama.
Step 1 – Your student needs to log onto the University of Alabama website and complete the online undergraduate admissions application.
Step 2 – Your student needs to contact his/her high school counselor and request an official copy of his/her transcript be sent to the University of Alabama. Reminder: This transcript will only represent grades and a GPA for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade.
Step 3 – Your student must log onto his/her ACT account and send his/her official ACT scores directly to the University of Alabama. If your student took the SAT, your student must also log onto his/her SAT College Board account and send his/her official SAT scores directly to the University of Alabama.
